Bear Creek Lumber is proud to announce the Methow Valley Tour of Homes, a self-guided tour of some of the best work by contractors and architects in the Methow Valley, on June 28 from 10:00 AM on.
The builders will be at hand in some of the projects to talk about the design philosophy and the choice of materials for each particular home. Many of the houses this year feature a variety of our products, and this will be an excellent opportunity to view materials first hand, installed and finished.
The tour is organized by the Confluence Gallery and Art center. The gallery is a hub for cultural activities in the Methow Valley, hosting lectures, film screenings, art classes and music concerts in an intimate setting.
Bear Creek Lumber has sponsored the gallery for many years now, as part of our efforts to give back to the wonderful community that helps sustain us.
for more information about this event, contact the Gallery, or call them at 509-997-2787.
Additionally you can download our Green and Sustainable Building booklet, featuring a sampler of images of homes built in the Methow Valley that have utilized green building techniques
Featured Builders
The Patterson Company: In Molly Patterson's own words: "We design and build quality custom homes.
Our interests vary widely and are motivated by the heart and character of our clients and the properties they have chosen. We value our relationships with the individuals we work with and regard the dynamics and shared philosophy of the working alliance between homeowner, architect and builder to be the first crucial step in the building process.
We are committed to the environment and the necessity for a home to fit in to its surroundings. The Methow Valley offers a wide range of eco systems and supports numerous different options for sustainable building practices.
We believe a quality home, which will gracefully endure the span of time to shelter numerous generations, is the initial commitment when creating a sustainable project. We are bound to beautiful, practical and sustainable building."
Level on the Level Construction: Master Builder Rob Seckinger and his crew and their laser focus attention to detail shows on every project they get their hands on.
