Alaskan Yellow Cedar Siding

Alaskan Yellow Cedar (AYC) siding looks beautiful,  smells great and is highly decay resistant. It has exceptional resistance to exterior elements and insects and is easy to work with. It can be used for exterior wall & roof cladding and interior wall & ceiling cladding and is available in a range of  sizes, milling patterns, and grades. This species of lumber offers a wide variety of options to complement any architectural style. It adapts equally well to bold and expressive modernism or the well defined criteria of period styling.

One of the best things about this Alaskan cedar species is that it has an enduring beauty that projects an aura of prestige. This is a wood with great dimensional stability and natural decay resistance. Common patterns for siding include tongue and groove, shiplap, lap, channel, pattern 105 or board and batten.

Custom siding patterns can be created with our specialty milling options. We specialize in the hard to find products and are looking forward to helping you find the best materials for your next project.

See examples of AYC siding and sidewall shingles below.
