The Anderson Home, Jerome, AZ
Enclosed are photos of our house built in 1995.
In Oct. 95, I bought 4,000+ ft of cedar lap siding and 2,000+ ft. of 1 x 6 pine for flooring. I rented a truck in Seattle ad picked up the lumber from you in Winthrop. It all was a good experience. Siding had a grayish preservative coat put on both sides before installing.
Floor has a white wash and 5 coats of poly. For your info, Jerome is a historic landmark, once a mining town and sits on the side of a mountain. We designed the house to resemble an old boarding house that was built in the early 1900’s and burned down 50 years ago.
